3) You could sign up with this webhost, that I'm using. I use it for images and .css files etc. It's free, but you could also pay to get more. It works great! If you sign up by clicking on the image, I get a small fee.
4) This site is a bit strange, though they say you will get payed when a larger company buys them. I don't know if that's true. The main purpose of this site is to get traffic on your site and get paid. There is a list of link and when you click the you get paid a small fee. You can add links and when someone clicks on your link, you'll get paid. Though payouts are not yet active.
