Juliet

When we first met Juliet we got to know that she was a "baby-doctor". Now, she didn't know how to remove a bullet from the girl that came in, who was shot by sun. She had to get jack to get it out and she said i'm not a doctor/surgeon. Now, in the future she removes jacks appendix on a piece of plane on the beach, she said "I did lots of "them" in my internship~. That would make removing a bullet rather easy, than removing an appendix? Am I wrong..? and doesn't it take like days to bleed out from a shot to the stomach?(at least regarding the movie reservoir dogs...) Well, her case might have been worse.. Maybe this has something to do with the changing of the past /future?
